Preparation:

Wash the lemon thoroughly and slice it, keeping the peel on for added nutrients and flavor.

Peel the ginger root and slice it thinly to maximize the surface area, which helps release its active ingredients.

Make the infusion:

Boil the water in a large pot.

Once the water is boiling, add the ginger slices. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15–20 minutes. This allows the ginger to infuse the water with its flavor and benefits.

Indications: Lumbago, fracture, osteoporosis ( pains in the bones)

Uses:
Bamboo has high silica content (75%) of its sap from the stem. This trace element, which is found abundantly in nature, is scarcely found in our modern-day diets. However, silicon is an important substance for the body, especially for the skin and bones.

Slice the onion
Put it in pot and add Normal quantity of water, boil it for about 25 to 30 minutes, and drink half glass of water in the morning and evening

Slice the onion
Get your pot
Get water
Rinse the Scent leaf and put it inside the pot. " add water that will suit it. "Add the onions and Bitter kola that you grind
Allow it to boil for about 25 to 30 minutes, then drink it while hot
