40 year old single lady with uterine fibroid causing abdominal pains and pelvic distention of about a year duration.

Tuesday's surgery

40 year old single lady with uterine fibroid causing frequent urination, pains and pelvic discomfort of about 2 years duration.

She actually had a previous myomectomy 6 years ago and she has been fine. 2 years ago she noticed discomfort during in*******se and a cervical fibroid was found.
