Sunday's second surgery in Ibadan

39 year old married woman with uterine fibroid causing heavy menstrual bleeding and pains of about 2 years.

Thursday's 3rd surgery

31 year old single lady with uterine fibroid causing heave me**es of about 3 years.

She has been trying to manage the condition on her own until she found us on Google search and she promptly came for help with the fibroid.

In the theatre she has this 10cm anterior intramural fibroid that was overriding the uterus and some smaller submucous fibroids which are the cause of her bleeding.

41 year old single lady with adenomyosis, endometrial polyps and fibroids causing heavy me**es of over 10 years duration.

In the theatre she has loculated adenomyotic masses on both anterior and posterior wall of the uterus. She also has some endometrial polyps and small fibroids which are the cause of her bleeding.

40 year old married woman with uterine fibroid and ovarian cysts causing infertility of about 5 years.

She has been afraid of surgery and has been trying to manage the condition on her own using herbs and all but it has not been helping.

In the theatre she has this large uterus with multiple intramural fibroids and bilateral chocolate cysts from which about 500mls of fluid was drained. This is the cause of her issues.
