So we had a seminar today on the effect of sugar in the blood and diabetes. So many people don't know the harmful effects of sugar in the body. They consume a lot of sugary food and when you accost them, they tell you that they are BURNING IT. Hey, do you really mean it??? Diabetes is a disease that occurs when your blood sugar is too high. High blood glucose (or sugar) can also lead to heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, nerve damage, etc

When you urinate often, feel very thirsty, feel very hungry even though you are eating much, have dry mouth, have blurry vision, have extreme fatigue, lose weight even though you are eating more, you are prone to diabetes.

Like it is always said, prevention is better than cure. Dear young fellow, your 'increasing sugar intake' may not seem a big deal to you now but at the end, you won't be happy with yourself.
If peradventure you are already seeing those symptoms stated above, you can still deal with it.
