Healthy weight loss is more achievable when you eat regularly.

Truth is..following a varied, balanced and regular eating pattern significantly helps to regulate your blood sugar levels.
This way, excessive hunger signalled by low blood sugar, leading to food cravings which eventually enables overeating, is avoided.
Bearing in mind that cravings makes it difficult to make rational food choices about what to eat and what quantities to consume.
