I once told a pupil, “It’s okay to speak up, even if your voice shakes.”

Weeks later, she raised her hand and spoke in class for the first time.

She did not wait for approval. She gave her answer and sat down. Simple. But it meant a lot.

Children open up when they feel safe. Not when they are forced. Not when they are afraid.

That is why building a safe environment matters. This is not only for teachers. Parents need it too.

Create that kind of space around you. Let your children speak freely without the fear of being judged or embarrassed.

It is how you get to know them. It is how you notice what needs attention. And it is how you help them grow.

Let's talk about children who has reading and learning difficulties. Children who have learning and reading difficulties finds it very difficult to read and learn Even to understand what they are reading.
This type of children May find it difficult to decode words, understanding text or other reading related problem.
One of the major causes of this learning and reading difficulties is:-
DYSLEXIA :- is a type of learning and reading disability that makes it difficult for a person to read , write and spell. Dyslexia is a neurogical disorder, that makes it difficult for the brain to process written language.
People with dyslexia typically have problem or difficulty decoding , or breaking down words into individual sounds, this can make reading and writing and spelling very difficult .

I will talk about other causes in my next post

But just know that READING AND LEARNING DIFFICULTIES ARE CHALLENGINGS BUT THEY DON'T DEFINE A CHILD , THEIR IS ALWAYS A BRIGHT FUTURE FOR EVERY CHILD.

The only thing you have to do as a parents is to take that child to a reading and learning specialist who will help your child develop a reading and learning skills .
And as a parents you can use one-on-one instruction for the child, "One-on-one instruction" refers to individualized teaching, where you would work directly with the child on their specific reading needs. This type of instruction is typically more intensive than what's provided in a regular classroom setting. In one-on-one instruction, you would closely monitor the child's progress and make sure they're understanding the material. You would also tailor the instruction to the child's interests, learning style, and level of comprehension.

Feel free to ask me any question

I believe that no child is small what he or she needs is just the right support. In every child lies a great potential.
I believe in every child

Have you seen any child who has difficulties in speaking, a child who finds it very hard to pronounce words and sounds.
Some people thought that those kids who has these speech issues, has either hearing impairment or developmental disability. But that's not entirely true.

Some kids suffer's from what is called CHILDHOOD APRAXIA OF SPEECH (CAS). CAS is a neurogical disorder that is caused by disruption in the brain pathways involved in speech. And that makes it difficult for that child to pronounce words and sounds.

kids with CAS knows what they want to say but they finds it difficult to co-ordinate the muscle movement needed to say words.

So that's why is important to take any child who has CAS or any speech difficulties or disability to a speech therapist to help the child develop his or her speaking skills.
And when you notice that your child has this issue, start that time that child is still 2years , 3years to rectify the issue . because at that stage (0-6 years) the child's brain is wired to learn language during the first few years of his or her life. And the brain is receptive to language from age 3-6 years.
And that's why is important to take your child to a speech therapist at his or her early stage ,the child will improve faster and do better than when that child is now more than 6years old.

I want to see your child make it

WHO IS A CHILD
According to Wikipedia , a child is a human being between the stages of birth and puberty or between the developmental period of infancy and puberty.
But I see a child as one who is below teen and adolescent age. Whose mind have not been structured yet.
According to some child psychologist they see a child as one who is between the stages of birth and puberty or between the developmental period of infancy and puberty.
A child is someone who is still learning about his or her world with the information they get around them or their environment.
