11. Sugar level: For children (70-130) adults: 70 - 115
12. Iron: 8-15 mg
13. White blood cells WBC: 4000 - 11000
14. Platelets: 1,50,000 - 4,00,000
15. Red blood cells RBC: 4.50 - 6 million.
16. Calcium: 8.6 -10.3 mg/dL
17. Vitamin D3: 20 - 50 ng/ml.

Special tips for seniors are 40/50/60 years:
1- The First Suggestion: Drink water all the time even if you are not thirsty or needy, the biggest health problems and most of them are due to lack of water in the body. At least 2 liters per day.
2- Second instruction: Do as much work as possible from the body, there should be movement of the body, such as walking, Exercises,Yoga, swimming, or any kind of sport.
3- Third Instruction: Eat less... Let go of the craving to eat too much... Because it never brings good. Do not deprive yourself, but reduce the quantity. Use more of protein, carbohydrate-rich foods.
4- Fourth instruction:Do not use the vehicle unless it is absolutely necessary. If you're going anywhere to pick up groceries, meet someone, or do some work, try to walk on your feet. Climb the stairs instead of using elevators, escalators.
5- Fifth Instruction: Quit anger, stop worrying, try to ignore things. Don't indulge yourself in troublesome situations, they spoil all health and take away the glory of the soul. Talk to positive people and listen to them.
6- Sixth Instruction: First of all, give up the attachment to money. Connect with the people around you, laugh and talk! Money is made for survival, not life for money.
7- Seventh Instruction: Don't feel sorry for yourself
