2020/2021 ACADEMIC SESSION ADMISSION
POST-UTME SCREENING

Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State will conduct a Post-UTME (PUTME) Screening for candidates who wish to be admitted into the University for the 2020/2021 Academic session.

A. ELIGIBILITY/CRITERIA
The following shall be eligible for the screening:

Ai -UTME Candidates
UTME Candidates that chose the University as first choice with a minimum score of 180 in the 2020/2021 UTME Results.

Candidates who chose the University as second choice but with a minimum score of 180 in the 2020/2021 UTME Results and are ready to change to the University as first choice on or before Friday 4th September, 2020.

3. Candidates who did not choose the University as either first or second choice but with a minimum score of 180 in the 2020/2021 UTME Results and are ready to change to the University as first choice on or before Friday 4th September, 2020.

Aii - Direct Entry Candidates
Candidates with Diploma (OND/HND)/NCE/A’LEVEL/JUPEB Results/Certificate or First Degree from approved institutions who had applied for Direct Entry Admission through JAMB into the University.

2. Candidates with Diploma from approved institutions who had applied through JAMB for direct entry admission into the University must possess a minimum of Upper Credit.

B. SCREENING DATE AND MODALITY
The dates and the modality for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise will be communicated in due course.

C. MODE OF PAYMENT
Each eligible candidate will pay the sum of N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only for Screening Exercise and administrative charges. Each candidate is expected to create a profile and pay online through the school portal http://portal.oouagoiwoye.edu.ng/application/apply.php and thereafter generate a Payment invoice.

NOTE: CREATION OF WRONG PROFILE/MAKING PAYMENT WITH WRONG UTME REGISTRATION NUMBER WILL MAKE THE APPLICATION INVALID

D. MODE OF REGISTRATION
Visit the University Registration Website: http://portal.oouagoiwoye.edu.ng/application/apply.php
and complete the registration form online.

While there is a real urgency for caution, there is also an overwhelming urgency for calm. My greatest concern is that the driving force of this pandemic (COVID 19) may cause those who have no signs or symptomology to develop other chronic fears, anxieties and medical conditions. Heightened fears and anxieties will not make you feel safer. Compulsive and impulsive purchases will not protect you from the virus. It is important that you take care of your physical and mental health. Follow what your state government are advising you to do. The sky is not falling and life will return to normal. The most prudent thing that people can do at this time, is to take commonsense approaches to reduce your risk of exposure.
