Dear friends,
Have you even thought about these facts after Secondary School......
Some of our classmates have gone out of the country, others have completed universities and are now doctors, engineers, teachers, pilots, lawyers, administrators, etc.
Some are married, some are still single,some have given birth.... some are dead, don't forget that too. Some are running their masters programme, PHD, etc. Some haven't even gained admission into the tertiary institution.
Some even own companies, while some are now Directors and majority shareholders of huge companies.
But how do you feel when you meet your classmate, and it seems like he/she has reached his/her dreams and you're not yet close to yours? So many thoughts runs through your mind right?
First, God has not been fair to you, you may presume but don't forget some are also dead and the feeling jealousy is a normal one.
But, YOU must not regret your life, we all are different and our paths to greatness is not same in distance.
Some might reach before you, some might reach after you but wherever level you are presently, please keep trying to break limitations and move further.
Celebrate the success of others, its an application for yours, your friend bought a car now, be happy with him/her and remember when you get yours, theirs might not be the latest again; your friend builds also remember that yours will have the latest design when it's your turn!
Life is not by competition, if not we all will be born into one type of family, one religion and same everything.
Let the passion in you, never quench, the desire in you, keep it burning; what you pass through, write it down because one day the world would be ready to read it.
There's no height you cannot attain, just believe.
Define goals and recognize distractions.
Spend time teaching yourself because the things that mainly take people to the top is the things they devoted time to develop.
Don't be intimidated by your fellow's success, the sky is too wide that the birds can fly without inconveniency.
Value the small things that God brings and comes into our lives and love God and observe His commandments for with God, all things are possible.
Now to those who are on top, never forget to give a helping hands to those who are down.
Believe these words:
I will meet you on top.
You Will reach the top with us
I will get there someday
May our friendship grow from strength to strength, from grass to grace, from zero to hero, from nobody to somebody, from no where to somewhere , from nothing to something...

This joke killed me...chai!!!
A man died and went to Hell. There he found that there was a different hell for each country. He decided he'll pick the least painful to spend his eternity.
He went to the German hell and asked "What do they do here?"
He was told "first they put you in an electric chair for an hour. Then they lay you on a bed of nails for another hour.
Then the German devil comes in and whips you for the rest of the day".
The man did not like the sound of that at all so he moved on.
He checked out the USA hell as well as the Russian hell and many more. He discovered that they were all similar to the German hell.
Then he came to the Nigerian hell and found that there was a long queue of people waiting to get in...Amazed, he asked, "What do they do here?"

But that is exactly the same as all the other hells, why are there so many people waiting to get in?" asked the man.
A concerned fellow
called him aside and said, "Because there is never any electricity so the electric chair doesn't work.
The nails were paid for but they were never supplied by the contractor, so the bed is comfortable to sleep on.
And the Nigerian devil was formerly a civil servant in Nigeria, so he comes in, signs his time sheet and goes back home for other businesses!!"

I notice nowadays guys (lazy ones) don't wanna go for ladies whose parents aren't rich again, all because they wanted already made weddingcontinue
sponsored by their bride's father.
All they do is practice dance steps with their friends to display at the reception
even the suit he will put on is tag bride's fathers name
In those days real men workfor their wedding and sponsor it with the little effort from outside..that'swhy guys don't really dance at the wedding then, cos all their thinking will be like, hope have paid the caterer, hope have settled the band, oh! the painter! i forgot to tell him the color i wanted for the bedroom.
But now rehearsal for the dance at the reception is their only contribution
even the housen carthey will live n be using after the wedding is tag my father in-law
Don't worry wen u blown you want to do Shakarathose who will remind u of how it all happens without Your penny on that ur wedding day will show up and they will give u the full gist that even your suit wasn't bought by you...then u must help them n give them all they requested for,

This is a true life story.... Learn from it..........
2012 was the first time I visited a male acquaintance I met on Facebook. I was still a young teenager.
I don't even know what prompted me to visit him o. He stayed at Oregun while I stayed at Ikeja.
Before I left to visit him, I took a pen in case he wanted to try touching me. Just imagine me o! A girl who as of then was not up to 18 visiting a Stranger of 21 or 22years in his house with a pen as a weapon in case he planned trying nonsense. I don't think I would have even had the mind to use the pen sef. Choi!
Luckily, the guy didn't try anything funny. We talked, laughed and that was it. Not even a hug transpired. Lucky me!
Fast Forward to 19th April 2015(my elder brother's birthday).
On my way to UNN,coming back from UNIPORT where I went to see my Elder Brother, I met a Young Doctor in the Peace Mass Transit Bus I boarded.
He was coming to Nsukka to do a job at Bishop Shanahan Hospital, Nsukka.
We talked throughout the journey, he got my number and i collected his card. We planned meeting the next day in Enugu before he leaves back for Nsukka, so fast right?
Well, the next day I almost changed my mind since it was quite risky. But I later decided to go without telling anyone. Foolish me!
I went to Enugu town, he told me to board a cab from there and explained the address to the Cab Driver. When the cab stopped, I found out it was actually a Guesthouse or Hotel the cab led me to. I paid him.
I am not familiar with Enugu environs.
Anyway I called,told him I am there already. He told me to come in to the room he was in. I stopped at the reception and told him that's my final bus stop. I started shouting at him that why didn't he tell me the address was somewhere like that, that if I had known,I wouldn't have come.
He apologized and explained he is leaving for Port Harcourt that day that so I should please come, he will like to talk to me. I acted like someone they used jazz on and followed with an unclear mind.
Immediately I entered, he welcomed me and called for food and drinks. I made sure the door was slightly opened.
I started feeling weird and decided I won't eat or drink anything.
We talked about things then he started telling me that he has fallen in love with me in less than 24hours and begged if he could have s*x with me. I adamantly refused.
He begged again then I told him I will take my leave soon.
He said he won't disturb me again.
Immediately, he quietly came to the door and locked it, then increased the volume of the TV that has been on.
I became alert immediately because right from when I entered, I sat on the sofa close to the door instead of on the bed.
I was about screaming when he flashed something silver that was tucked in his trouser, a GUN. His tone changed and he was like 'What you just saw has a silencer, so just lay down here let me f*ck if you want to be safe'. He sounded so damn serious and angry!
Ha! I was confused,started crying. I pleaded that I had never done it, that I can't. I begged as I could. He refused.
That moment a lot ran through my mind, I can't give this all up to this stranger. Then I also thought, if I die now, what will people say I was doing in somewhere like this with a stranger.
My parents will be surprised. People will misunderstand the whole scenario.
They won't know I had a clear conscience coming there. Will a dead person explain to people that it was just a foolish risk she took coming here and didn't have any funny intention? I might be dead when they find me,I thought.
I started begging God in my mind for taking such stupid risk. I asked God for forgiveness silently for being stupid.
Then I thought of a lie!
I told him that immediately I came in here, I informed my roommates where I was, I gave them the full details of the location. I also lied that one of them accompanied to Enugu town because I wasn't sure of what could go wrong. His face changed.
More like he became a bit afraid.
He then said that he could waste me that moment and no one will find out on time till he goes far.
I was shivering but repeated the same lie. I begged wile i lied. He finally opened the door and let me out. I ran away immediately.
I was almost dumbfounded till I got back to Nsukka. I got back to school then told my roommates. They said am I mad? Why should I make such journey without informing anyone.
They begged me not to tell people, that some may not believe while those that believe will call me stupid,silly, mad and all sorts.
That was why I refused bringing up this issue till yesterday when Nkechi Bianze made a post about Cynthia Osokogu who was killed in the year 2012 by someone she met on Facebook and the risks we ladies take but were just lucky.
He later called me that night to apologize, and asked when we could see again. I told him we can never see again.
I decided that i must make a post about this experience yesterday night or today's night.
I was lucky. Some people have been lucky.
Not everyone is.
As I write this, I have tears rolling down my eyes.
No one is perfect but we all need to be careful. Meet Strangers and some people you are not yet familiar with in open places.
RIP CYNTHIA OSOKOGU
By the way, Surprisingly I still have his contact card in my wallet but can't talk about his identity because I am quite scared. For security reasons too.
Since then, even if i take risk, no longer this sort of risk. Never again.

*CAUSES OF KIDNEY DISEASES. BEWARE AND BEWARNED!*

HOW TO AVERT THE MENACE OF KIDNEY DISEASE:

*1. Stop delaying going to a toilet.*

Keeping your urine in your bladder for too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage.

The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. Once the urine refluxes back to the urether and kidneys, toxic substances can result in kidney infections, then urinary tract infections, and nephritis, plus uremia.
When nature calls do it as soon as possible.

*2. Eating too much salt.*

You should eat not more than 5.8 grams of salt daily.

*3. Eating too much meat.*

Too much protein in your diet is harmful for your kidneys.

Protein digestion produces ammonia – a toxin that is very destructive to your kidneys. More meat equals more kidney damage.

*4. Drinking too much caffeine.*

Caffeine is a component of many sodas and soft drinks. It raises your blood pressure and your kidneys start suffering.

You should cut down the amount of Coke, Pepsi, Red Bull, etc that you drink daily.

*5. Not drinking water.*

Our kidneys should be hydrated properly to perform their functions well.

If we don’t drink enough, the toxins can start accumulating in the blood, as there isn’t enough fluid to drain them through kidneys.

***Drink more than 10 glasses of water daily. There is an easy way to check if you are drinking enough water: Look at the colour of your urine; the lighter the colour, the better.

*6. Late treatment.*

Treat all your health problems properly and have your health checked regularly.
