Did you know? 🤱 Breast milk is digested in just one and a half hours! So, if your baby seems to be feeding frequently, don’t worry. It’s not because your supply is low. Their little tummies just process that liquid gold super fast! Trust your body, keep nursing with confidence and your baby will thrive. Mama, you're doing an amazing job! 💪💕

Sometimes those moments simply remind us that we are human, learning, and growing through this season.

So if you’re having one of those days, please be gentle with yourself.

You are still a wonderful mother. Your effort still matters. Your love still shows.

Happy new week, mums. May this week bring you strength, patience, and many little moments that make you smile.

The first time you notice that white coating on your baby’s tongue, your mind can go everywhere.
Is it normal? Is it milk? Is it infection?
Did I do something wrong? Is it dirty?

Most times, it’s simply milk residue, especially in younger babies whose mouths are still adjusting to feeding. Other times, it may need a closer look.

What matters most is that you’re paying attention. Many mums have seen this and wondered the same thing. So let’s talk about it. Have you ever noticed a milky tongue in your baby? What did you think it was at first?

Share your experience in the comments ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️. Your story might help another mum today and save this post so you can come back to it when needed.

It’s Monday again and you might be tempted to let this week go by again. Here’s your gentle reminder: YOU'RE ALLOWED TO START SLOW!

You don’t have to have it all figured out before 12 pm.
You don’t need to match anyone’s pace.
You just need to show up, one breath, one task, one step at a time.

So inhale strength.
Exhale doubt.
And remember, even slow progress is progress.

Happy new week, breasties! Shooting and catapulting you warm hugs to get you through the day. You've got this fam!

Did you know that before your milk fully comes in, your body already prepares something powerful for your baby?

It's the thick, yellowish first milk which is called COLOSTRUM; often referred to as liquid gold for a reason.

It’s rich in proteins, minerals, antibodies, and nutrients that help protect your baby and gently support their tiny digestive system in those first few days of life.

And even though it may look small in quantity, it is more than enough.
Just a few teaspoons can keep a newborn satisfied and nourished while your milk supply continues to build.

Your body knows exactly what it’s doing so trust the process mama.

Save this for later and share with an expecting mum.

A quick one is for all my pregnant and breastfeeding moms as we prepare for Ramadan (may Allah spare our lives)

This video gently explains the rulings that guide pregnant and breastfeeding moms during Ramadan, so you can make informed choices with peace of mind and a settled heart.

Whether you fast, postpone, make up later, or give fidyah, you are still honouring Allah in your motherhood.

Save this for later.
Share with a mum who might need clarity.
And remember: caring for yourself and your baby is also an act of worship

May Allah accept our efforts and intentions this Ramadan. Aameen.

If there’s a mom you admire....
A mom who inspires you.
A mom you think is truly doing her best

Then send this to her.
Let her know she’s seen. She’s appreciated and that she’s doing a good job.

And if no one has told you lately ? Know that you’re doing better than you think 🤍

Happy new week, Breasties.
May this week be gentle with you💕🤗
