Breastfeeding can be beautiful, yes. But it can also be draining, painful, and sometimes deeply overwhelming.

And if you’ve reached the point where your body hurts, your mind feels heavy, your milk is slipping away, or you’ve been fighting for far too long please hear this: stopping doesn’t make you less of a mother.

Choosing to protect your peace, your health, and your baby’s wellbeing is still love.
It always was. It always will be.

Your journey is yours. However it ends, it doesn’t erase how much you’ve given.
