When you’re in pain🤕 every day, all you want is relief—and you want it fast. But what if healing isn’t about speed, but patience?

Living with a chronic illness can be exhausting when you're in pain and discomfort everyday.


So when you start a new treatment, it is normal to want quick results,but the reality is that most treatments will take time. Medications need weeks,or even months to kick in,and lifestyle changes also require consistency.
