Driving to work this morning I see lots of dust and exhaust fumes from cars which we all generously inhale. We stay in the traffic for hours inhaling it, we get to our offices and shops and sit all day, we eat foods not nutritionally balanced and wash them down with a bottle of coke or FANTA and not water. We sit down more and then get back into the traffic inhaling the smoke and dust for the evening.

We do this everyday, every week, the months and years. Little wonder we feel sick, tired and washed out even when the test says we don't have malaria or typhoid. It's because your inside is dirty and your cells are tired. Detoxifying is one of the best and quickest way of cleansing our systems and maintaining a healthy weight. Driving out to work this morning, I see lots of dust, smoke and it all enters into our system. We get to the office and shops and sit down for hours, eat food that may not be nutritionally Balanced, then we take the soda ( coke, FANTA..) less of water and sit back the more, then we enter the traffic back home inhaling the smoke and dust and it's a cycle every day, every week and years.

We get tired easily, cant sleep well, don't look that sharp and good cos our system is polluted. Who else feels this way? Detoxifying our system is very IMPORTANT and can't be over emphasized.
