We thought we were doing so well with our toasted coconut shavings, and may not get that much acceptance for any other product, but the healthful treats' granola proved us wrong. I've had someone send a voice note, just to pray for me for creating such a yummy snack/breakfast cereal/yoghurt or ice cream topping that gives Joy. One thing is constant with us; creating healthful treats infused with so much love, the result pleases your taste buds and your body, remember our slogan says; "you can eat your cake and have it."

For those who don't understand Yoruba, "Ak'omolole" is that snack/food/nibble, that is so yummy that a child can't get enough of it, so they resort to stealing it, so Ako Omo ni ole literally means that thing that teaches a child to steal 🙆🏽‍♀️. That's not our plan o, we just made it too delicious 🤷🏽‍♀️ but the beautiful thing about our granola is that it's absolutely, 💯 healthy, no sugar added, just pure honey, cashew nuts, almond nuts, coconuts sweetened with honey, & dried fruits. It's very crunchy too! Chai! Enjoyment should be my middle name 😂

It's been a minute...

Had a great time today with my family of the as we concluded another semester. We had an exposé on food blogging and photography. Our speaker did justice to the topic. Some of products were used for the class. I'll be sharing in subsequent posts.

I want to say a special thank you to everyone who made this event a success, our amiable governor thank you for the opportunity you gave us to serve. My special sisters and leaders, and Funmi Kamson, let's do this again come September.
