*FRIDAY DIET*
In The Name Of Allah, The Most Beneficient, The Most
Merciful
Quote from the Holy Qur'an: An-Nahl (16:90)
اِنَّ اللّٰهَ يَاۡمُرُ بِالۡعَدۡلِ وَالۡاِحۡسَانِ وَاِيۡتَآىِٕ ذِى الۡقُرۡبٰى وَيَنۡهٰى عَنِ الۡفَحۡشَآءِ وَالۡمُنۡكَرِ وَالۡبَغۡىِۚ يَعِظُكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُوۡنَ
Inna Allaha yamuru bialAAadli waalihsani waeetai thee alqurba wayanha AAani alfahshai waalmunkari waalbaghyi yaAAithukum laAAallakum tathakkaroona
Allah commands justice, the doing of good, and liberality to kith and kin, and He forbids all shameful deeds, and injustice and rebellion: He instructs you, that ye may receive admonition.

Indeed, Allah commands justice, excellence, and generosity to relatives, and He forbids immorality, wrongdoing, and oppression. He admonishes you so that you may take heed. Qur'an
*Supplication* :
May Allah (SWT) guide us to uphold justice, kindness, and righteousness in all our dealings. May He keep us away from evil, oppression, and disobedience, and make us among those who listen to His guidance and act upon it, amin 🤲
Today is Friday—let’s remember to recite Surah Al-Kahf and seek abundant blessings from Allah.
