“Ramadān Herbal Booster!”

I do pity we people of this era the most. Almost everyone takes advantage of us. The pharmaceutical companies keep showing us indirectly that it’s not really possible to live without drugs.

Likewise, the supposed Naturopaths are not doing anything but market their own herbal products too. Their own major concern is to “make profits from them too no matter what”.

It’s really a pity. And this is so disheartening!

O Conscious Readers!, there’s no such thing as “Ramadān Herbal Booster”. You do not need any herb inside Ramadān to make you function well.

And definitely, I’m not speaking of those who have medical conditions before Ramadān. Those ones, everyone knows that they have to continue their Treatments even in Ramadān.

If they’re the people being referred to as “Ramadān Herbal Booster”, that isn’t correct because their conditions have nothing to do with Ramadān. So, the name Ramadān should be removed at least.

Once again, you do not need any herb inside Ramadān to make you function well. Rather, the herb can even make your supposed full Health Benefits of Ramadān become reduced gradually, to zero.

Hmmm... When will we stop making ourselves available for being taken advantage of, O Conscious Readers?

Do you have a Friend or a Family member who you’re Sure can Benefit from this, Bi Idhni LLAAH? Send this to him or her, it can be a Help or Guide he or she is Praying for.

Marital S*x After Iftār (i.e. Breaking Fast) 1️⃣

Whenever it reaches the issue of intimacy, many people throw emotions instead of unbiased Health-based analysis.

To start with, it’s crystal clear that a Husband and His Wife can enjoy themselves after Breaking their Fast. But the question is: is it Healthy?

From the point of discussion, many people say the Husband is dehydrated since morning and having s*x will make him collapse or even develop heart attack.

This is not True. Marital intimacy after iftār is not unhealthy for a normal, Healthy Adult at all.

Though, during the day, a Fasting person may be mildly dehydrated and low on energy. But after breaking the Fast Properly —with Date, or Water— the Body begins restoring to the normal blood volume, blood sugar, and Hydration.

Once that balance is restored, gradually, s*xual activity is simply a form of physical exertion, similar to climbing stairs or normal walking.

There is no solid biological or physiological evidence whatsoever that says intimacy after rehydration —that happens after Breaking Fast— causes Heart Attacks in Healthy people.

A Heart Attack during Intimacy usually happens in someone who already has serious underlying Heart Disease, not because he Fasted earlier in the day.

If someone has uncontrolled hypertension, advanced heart disease, or severe weakness, then caution is needed just like with any Physical Effort—not because of Ramadān.

Fear-based claims that a Healthy Husband will collapse simply because he Fasted are not supported by basic physiology or biology. And ALLAAH Know Best.

If at all someone experience this “collapsing” or “fainting”, this is not because of Ramadān. It’s rather his pre-Ramadān Health issues. Ramadān doesn’t cause such problem!

Stay tuned and stay Blessed; we genuinely care about your well-being.

“Holding Urine Prevents Thirst!”

During my personal interviews with Patients and communication with People, I was being told that during Fasting, many do Believe that they will be thirsty in few minutes after urinating.

So, to avoid that thirst, they’ll decide not to urinate until around afternoon or evening... As in, they will force the urine to stay in there (inside their urinary bladder) for the thought of “I don’t want to urinate now so I won’t be thirsty soon”.

This is really unbelievable!, right?

Firstly, urinating now will never make you more thirsty, and keeping your urine in your bladder will never ever stop the thirst from coming whenever it’s its time to come.

What you’re urinating out is not the water that your body will be using. You are simply urinating the liquid form of waste products, and once they have gathered in that area, no “water” will go back up to your body.

But this doesn’t only end there. Keeping your urine is Islāmically Prohibited, and involving in these basic Islāmically Prohibited stuff will reduce your supposed Reward of Fasting.

More specifically, keeping your urine is very bad for your Health. Kidney issues, urinary tract infections, kidney stones, weakness of the bladder to the point of which you’ll start bedwetting, and other bigger and more dangerous problems to your body.

O Blessed Readers, immediately you sense that urine, go urinate right away. Bāraka LLAAHU Feekum 🤲🏾.

When Physically Tired, What Next? 2️⃣

For anyone who feels very tired at that noon time during his Fasting, I have something very important for you specifically, Bi Idhni LLAAH. Tested and confirmed over the years, and LI-LLAAHI Al-Hamd.

You know that middle of the day gangan where almost all energy is gone? That time when even if you want to sleep, sleep won’t come, and you’ll rather be rolling up and down the bed?

That’s the time I’m speaking about. What should you now do? Use your Soul to Activate your Physical Parts. Use your Spirituality to Boost your physical weakness. How?

Firstly, turn off your data. Then, pick up The Qurān and start Reading. And if you’re “too tired” for that, play a Good Qurān Reciter whose voice is so Emotional while he must be able to Recite Correctly.

Not just that, Deep all your Attention Inside What you’re Reciting or Listening to alone as if nothing else in this world exists except that Recitation of The Qurān or that Listening to The Qurān that you’re doing.

So much that, if you spend a whole 15mins on a page, it’s actually not extreme nor too much. Let every single Thing you Recite or Listen to Count in your Head as “THE WORD Of my CREATOR”.

This isn’t a theory, it’s a Discovery. Just put it into Practice and feed us back in case it didn’t Help you for the targeted Goal. This is a thing I’ve seen worked since at least 10 good years ago, and LI-LLAAHI Al-Hamd.

Sincerely, watching film and video will really crash you down. And doing busybody will drain your energy. They may not make you powerless physically that much, but I’m 100% sure that you won’t be able to taste that Sweetness of Ramadān.

Do you have a Friend, a Family member who you’re sure will Benefit from this, Bi Idhni LLAAH? Send him or her this, it can be a Help or Guide he or she is Praying for.

Stay tuned and stay Blessed; we genuinely care about your well-being.

The Most Surprising Source Of Power

Those who are “addicted” to smoking, drinking alcoholic stuff, watching po*******hy, and so on, they say “I can’t control myself—I can’t do a minute without it”.

This is a common phrase. And many of them do sound Sincere, to be very Honest. Some will even be almost crying, showing remorse for repetition of their actions.

All of these, as uncontrollable as they appear, the “I can’t use a minute without smoking or drinking” disappears immediately Ramadān enters.

Once they start Fasting, they postpone their smoking and drinking not only for a minute but also for an average of 12 good solid hours. And as soon as they “Break the Fast”, they become “uncontrollable” again.

Or have you never seen such? Because, they’re almost everywhere. The unexplainable power do come in full whenever they are Fasting. They usually take their thoughts off it.

The simple logic is—everything is connected to our mindset. Everyone who is battling addiction can maximize this month to be free from the Bandage.

Put your mind there. Once the urge to do that bad things is coming, let your mind be in the Fasting Mode. Remember that the nights of Ramadān are like Its Days.

Actually, a person who Believes he can’t “control” himself is really never ready to leave his old Lifestyle. No amount of herbs or operation will be able to save him, Bi Idhni LLAAH.

Do you have a Friend or a Family member who you’re Sure can Benefit from this, Bi Idhni LLAAH? Send this to him or her, it can be a Help or Guide he or she is Praying for.

Fruit Juice For Iftār (i.e. Fast’s Breaking)

This is not a discussion on whether fruits are generally recommended for human consumption or not, whether fruits were fine but now unhealthy or not.

It’s not a discussion on whether Tamr (i.e. Dàbínò, Làbídùn, or Dabno) is the only known suitable fruit for breaking or not. Rather, we want to discuss something else—the impacts of fruit juice on Iftār.

It’s a very common act that we blend a fruit, or combination or two or more fruits together, and we filter and remove their shafts from them to get the juice alone which is most likely to be put inside the freezer to make it so cold before the Iftār time so that it’ll be completely chilling!

Discussion of whether or not the shafts of any Healthy fruit should be thrown away is also for another day, Bi Idhni LLAAH. We are addressing the fruit juice itself alone today.

And the simplest way of which I can break this down is through what can be easily understood and experienced by those who do such, Bi Idhni LLAAH. Therefore, I’m giving this one example below.

If a person doesn’t have ability to eat more than 5 bananas in a siting, banana juice or banana blended with something else can make him have a cup containing 15 bigger bananas at a time.

As in, if the amount of the fruits a human can eat at a time is 3, he will have at least 9 of the same fruit if it’s in juice form. Fruit juices now make us take at least 3 to 5 times our supposed maximum eating capacity of a fruit.

And this is the secret behind the sudden fullness after taking a cup of fruit juices or two. Some will say “as for me, I can take 5cups”. I’m not arguing with you, okay? But deep down....

Deep down, you yourself know that you’ll be rolling up and down on your bed before you’ll be able to sleep properly anyday you take your “5cups of fruit juices” even if you do not add any artificial sugar to it.

We are supposed to be having Iftār and breaking, not overwhelming our body nor supplying it loads beyond its capability. We are supposed to be refreshed after Iftār, not knocked down helplessly.

If at all we’re taking “fruits”, isn’t it better to eat it as a whole so we can easily sense being full instead of juicing it out to endless drinking where we’ll be overfilling our body with more than its ability without we knowing? This alone suffices, Bi Idhni LLAAH.

Do you have a Friend or a Family member who you’re Sure can Benefit from this, Bi Idhni LLAAH? Send this to him or her, it can be a Help or Guide he or she is Praying for.

Sleeping Late In Ramadān

In Medicine, one should be Healthier after a month of Correct Fasting. So much that, Fasting is Beneficial to all our Sense Organs: eyes, nose, ear, tongue, and skin.

But these days, we regularly feel worse after Ramadān. We often become less Healthy and more sick. What is happening? Why is Ramadān a Goodness in the past but a suspected danger today?

Oh, no! It’s not Ramadān—Fasting is not the Problem. We Humans are our own Problems. We are the ones who started pressing phones till around 12am or 1am of the next day instead of Sleeping.

We deprive our body the Benefit of sleeping at the early hours and our blood pressure gradually becomes unstable, our blood sugar becomes messed up, and we don’t enjoy our Lives anymore.

Sincerely, Fasting isn’t the issue. We are the cause of our own problems. And until we start correcting this, we shall not see the supposed Real Health Benefits of Ramadān in Full.

Is This The Intended Healthy Fasting?

Even pepper sellers know that the basic meaning of Fasting is intentional staying away from food for a particular period of time.

But nowadays, do we all follow the above in reality? Yes, we stay away from foods and drinks for a particular period of time. Yet, we mess it up in the end thereby leaving the body as if it didn’t Fast at all.

We say we’re Fasting yet, we do eat three to five different foods between the Iftār (i.e. Break) time and night sleep... Is this the intended Healthy Fasting?

Actually, our body took a Break from eating and drinking. But we finally filled it with more than enough foods during the Iftār (i.e. Breaking) time where we take the addition of all day’s foods.

This won’t be accepted by the body to be a Fasting in the Real Sense. It’s just be seen as if we packed all the foods we didn’t eat throughout the day to finally feed it at night.

This is why the Health improvement that we all are supposed to see after the end of Ramadān, most of us never saw it since years back.

After the regular 1 or 3 or 5 or 7 dates that we used to Break the Fast, the maximum we’re supposed to have is a light and small night food till we sleep.

O Conscious Readers, kindly Practice this Goodness for just 5days and see how strong and active you’ll be, Bi Idhni LLAAH... Give us feedbacks and complain if it doesn’t work.

Do you have a Friend or a Family member who you’re sure can Benefit from this, Bi Idhni LLAAH? Send this to him or her—it can be a Help or Guide he or she is Praying for.

“Larger Foods At Sahūr = More Energy!”

To start with, Sahūr is intended to prepare the body for Fasting. This is really easy, Bi Idhni LLAAH, when the Food taken as Sahūr (i.e. predawn meal) is in moderate size.

But when Sahūr is very large, or very heavy, we will most likely experience the reversed result. So much that, the expected “more energy throughout the day” usually turns opposite.

And this is known to be often felt by those Practicing them. We can ask around to reconfirm. Those who Practice it can testify. They often feel the opposite of their thought.

Basically, eating a very large Food stretches the stomach beyond its comfortable limits to cause bloating & fullness, forcing most people to restlessness and sleep.

This is because the stomach sends messages that create physical discomfort. And instead of feeling energized, the body experiences discomfort for hours after eating.

More surprisingly, the energy intended for daytime activity will effectively be tied up in digestion, reducing available energy for planned activities.

From the very first period of the day, reduced concentration and uneasiness starts, and of course, physical and reasoning-based activity becomes more difficult.

Many times too, people who do this land in the toilet. Many have no choice than to poo most of the things they ate. And this is usually when they feel a bit relieved.

If these are the case, why then should anyone choose to stress himself when these outcomes are well experienced repeatedly?

Why can’t we go for the moderate size to feel active throughout the day, Bi Idhni LLAAH, when Our MAKER Guided us —Through HIS Prophet— to Eat Moderately?

When Physically Tired, What Next?

This is a Tested and Trusted solution for anyone who feels very tired at anytime during his Fasting, Bi Idhni LLAAH.

Even if the tiredness is us to the point at which the person is imagining in his Head that he would soon collapse.

The funniest thing is that, it’s really a simple fix—something that’s not special. But it works amazingly well, Bi Idhni LLAAH.

Find any amount of water. Pour it on your Head and let the water reach your hair scalp at least, and have the mindset of “this is my fuel to gain strength again”.

This is sufficient, Bi Idhni LLAAH. See the wonder of how your morale and strength will boost a bit. At least, that “I’m about to collapse” will go off, Bi Idhni LLAAH.

But if you want more, be massaging your hair scalp while pouring the water on your Head. Also, if you want to have more inner strength, take a light shower.

Bi Idhni LLAAH, you will be totally surprised in a Positive Way. And most unbelievably, this is Islāmically Permissible and even Recommended.

Al-Islām is a very Easy Religion. All the Islāmic Rulings are the things that are really Easy. Going against the Legislation is the Real Uneasiness.

Do you have a Friend, a Family member who you’re sure will Benefit from this, Bi Idhni LLAAH? Send him or her this, it can be a Help or Guide he or she is Praying for.

Stay tuned and stay Blessed; we genuinely care about your well-being.
