Ephesians 3:20- "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think, according to the power that works in us"

This Bible verse shifts the focus from our limited capabilities to God’s limitless capacity.

We often treat our best-case scenario as the maximum possible outcome. Ephesians 3:20 reminds us that God’s "worst-case scenario" is still infinitely better than our best. If you are feeling stuck because you can't see a way out, remember that God isn't limited by your lack of a map.

Prov 15:1- A soft answer turneth away wrath but grievous words stir up anger"

When we are met with "wrath", whether it’s a frustrated colleague, a stressed partner, or a heated debate, our natural instinct is to mirror that energy. We feel the urge to defend ourselves with "grievous words," sharpening our tongues like swords.

​However, reacting with equal force only feeds the fire. A "soft answer" acts like water. It doesn't necessarily mean agreeing with the other person or being a doormat; it means choosing a tone and a spirit that seeks to de-escalate rather than dominate.
