My Dad was diagnosed on a hospital bed in a Teaching Hospital by sugar ants after he was down with a stoke, and I’m deeply grateful for all of the advances that helped him to live a full and healthy life for a good 12 years after. By the Grace of God and application of great diabetes management skills acquired from having worked in the Primary Healthcare sector of the NHS, UK; my lived to attend the wedding of all 5 children and care for 8 of his grand kids. I’m also extremely proud to be part of the organization (Help-Beat-Diabetes) that’s helping make the same possible for many in the ILORIN Metropolis and across the country.

At Diabetes Care Nigeria we understand the particular challenges that people living with diabetes face and we are assembling a team of professionals that are uniquely qualified to address those needs.
