HEAVY ALCOHOL INTAKE HAS CONSEQUENCES

tell someone about the top 5 👇🏾

Liver damage – Long-term drinking is a major cause of liver conditions like fatty liver, alcoholic hepatitis, and cirrhosis, which can lead to liver failure.

Heart problems – It raises blood pressure, causes abnormal heart rhythms, and increases the risk of stroke and heart disease.

Brain and mental health issues – Alcohol impairs memory, concentration, and judgment, and increases the risk of depression, anxiety, and long-term brain damage.

Cancer – Heavy alcohol use increases the risk of several cancers, including liver, breast, mouth, throat, and colon cancer.

Alcohol dependence – Regular heavy drinking can lead to addiction, making it hard to quit and often leading to social, financial, and health complications.
