🌿 Akay’I Nature Spa – Prepaid Services & Refund Policy
At Akay’I Nature Spa, we are committed to creating a peaceful and professional experience for all our clients. To help us serve you better and respect everyone’s time, please review our updated policy below:

Prepaid Services
• All prepaid services are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• A 1-month grace period may be granted at our discretion for loyal clients.
• After this period, unused services will expire and cannot be refunded, credited, or redeemed.
• Prepaid services are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person before expiration upon request.

Refunds, Cancellations & No-Show Policy
• Refunds are only issued if a cancellation is made at least 24–48 hours in advance.
• Missed appointments, no-shows, or excessive delays will result in automatic forfeiture of the session.
• Clients with a history of repeated no-shows may be required to pay a rescheduling or cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service price) before future bookings can be made.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be rescheduled once only, subject to a rescheduling fee.

Lateness Policy
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session or reschedule, depending on availability.
• Arrivals over 20 minutes late without notice will be treated as a no-show and the session will be forfeited.
• Timely arrival ensures you receive the full benefit of your service and helps us stay on schedule for all clients.
