And you can see how closely the bony base is connected to the nerves. The system of their mutual arrangement in reality is even more complex than in the picture.

So, if the pillow or bed is too uncomfortable, the nerve gets pinched between the bones. And if in this case the vessel is not compressed, we do not notice this problem at once (there is no feeling of numbness).

Many of us feel like we don't have time for exercise. A day has 24 hours and if you make exercise a priority we should all be able to get 30 minutes each day to give our body the much needed activity. Take 30 mins off social media and commit that to exercise.
