Progress Update!

Renovation of the KADHSMA Pharma-Grade Warehouse and landscaping of the Agency premises are progressing steadily! 💪
These upgrades will further strengthen Good Storage Practices (GSP), enhance commodity quality, and improve supply chain efficiency across Kaduna State.

The landscaping will also boost security, accessibility, and create a cleaner, more professional environment for supply chain operations — ensuring greater impact for the people of our State.

We sincerely appreciate the continued commitment of His Excellency, Governor Senator Uba Sani, the Kaduna State Ministry of Health and the invaluable support from our key partners, The Global Fund and UNICEF.

The Kaizen Institute has successfully conducted a Mid-Term Value Review at the Kaduna State Health Supplies Management Agency (KADHSMA).

The session was led by Mr. Mattas Taye, Director, Development and Public Sector, Kaizen Institute, and focused on strengthening efficiency, continuous improvement, and value-driven service delivery.

We remain committed to leveraging the Kaizen philosophy to improve systems, optimize resources, and deliver better health outcomes for the people of Kaduna State. 💡✨

📢 KADHSMA Capacity Building for Foreign Pharmacy Graduates

On 10th September 2025, the Kaduna State Health Supplies Management Agency (KADHSMA) successfully conducted the first batch of training for Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Students during their orientation program at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kaduna State University (KASU).

The session introduced participants to basic supply chain theory, followed by an educational tour of the Msupply and Pharmagrade warehouses.

Similarly, on 11th September 2025, the Agency welcomed the second batch of Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Students from KASU, who received practical training on supply chain operations directly at the Agency.

💡 These engagements are part of KADHSMA’s commitment to strengthening pharmaceutical education, building capacity, and exposing future pharmacists to real-world supply chain management practices.
