His Excellency the Emir of Keffi Dr. Shehu Chindo Yamusa III in company of the KDF President, the Chief Medical Director of the Federal Medical Centre Keffi, with some members of the Keffi Development Centre for Drug Rehabilitation and Counselling paid Gen. Buba Marwa of the NDLEA a courtesy visit to brief him on the Centre's activities especially the ongoing collaboration between the Government of Nasarawa State and the Federal Medical Centre and to also discuss areas of possible collaboration
The team was warmly welcomed by Gen. Buba Marwa and in his speech, he applauded the Emir of Keffi for his commitment in the fight against drug abuse and his innovation along with the members of the KDF in establishing the Centre. He promised to visit the Centre personally and after which on behalf of the NDLEA would make a commitment to the Centre. He also promised to bring Federal Government presence to the Centre.
