Pharm, please help me. My head is banging.
I asked him to sit first which he did.
He went further to explain that he drank too much alcohol yesterday with friends on a bar.
Then I asked, Please Sir, how often do you drink?
He said that he drinks everyday. After work, he goes to a bar and drink with friends before going home.
How many bottles do you drink each day, I asked
He managed to smile and said that the least he drinks in a sitting is four bottles of beer and at times they add spirit to blend it.
I calculated 4 bottles a day multiplied by 7 days a week which is about 28 bottles in a week. Don't forget that he will drink more during weekends.
Omg!!!
His liver is being overworked.
His heart is in trouble.
His lungs nko? Aahh!!!
Sir, please for a healthy living as a man, You should not drink more than two bottles a day and 14 bottles a week.
Then for women, drinking one bottle a day and 7 bottles a week is better.
Your health is in your hands.
But how many bottles do you consume in a sitting?
