HOW TO CONTROL HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

Have you ever mixed bay leaf with apple? This leaf like apple controls
diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol and relieves body pains.
To prepare this homemade beneficial tea for your health, you will need
the following recipes:

3. 500ml of filtered water
