*How to administer the STC30
... It should be the first thing in the morning,as early as 5am. Preferably on an empty stomach atleast two hours before meal. Sit on a chair and lean your head backward and make sure you place the STC30 under the tongue as shown on the diagram above. Let the powder touch those sublingual glands. This is to allow the glands to carry it directly to the blood stream for faster results and efficacy.
...when it's placed under the tongue, let it dissolve on its own which might take about 10 to 20 minutes.
.... While its under the tongue dissolving, do not swallow your spit as you might swallow the undissolved powdered STC30. Do not speak to anyone to avoid swallowing it. Remain quiet on the chair for the next 10 to 20 minutes. After that, you can swallow your spit and then drink at least one litre (2 sachets of pure water) of water immediately.
Make sure throughout the day that you are drinking enough water to keep your body hydrated because STC30 requires water.
.. Don't wait to get thirsty before water intake.
You can start to eat after 1 hour of taking STC30.
