This two pictures were still me as at January 2022, lest i forget i didn't just join the gym immediately... I started home workout with a workout app i downloaded on my phone just to put a test and see what progress i was going to get, i used this home work out app all through from Nov 2021 till January 2022..

My Jan 2022 flow came and i didn't feel pain from my day 1-3 but felt slight pain on my day 4 and nothing on my day 5... The joy in my heart was overflowing and i said so it wasn't my village people after all 😅😅

I began to see changes not only on my weight but also the sick pains i feel every month magically "REDUCED"!!!

So at February 2022 i started going to the gym at least 2-3 times a week, created a meal plan for myself and followed through strictly. My February flow came and i felt nothing at all, like no pains, no vomiting, no headaches, no fever!!! The joy i had in my heart was out of this world!!

And then comes the hardest question "For how long"!! 😥😥... What if i get tired along the line and this pains comes back, And then i said to my self "Baby girl" its going to be a very tough one but its time to face the reality!!

And then MY JOURNEY TO HEALING BEGAN!!! 😁

This was me Nov 2021 vs me Sept 2022 I know am not there yet but am not where i used to be ooo.. i know some people will ask what Motivated me and has kept me consistent well my answer is "PAINS and FEAR".. PAINS from my monthly flows and FEAR of the unknown..

So as at early last year i started experiencing severe pains every month during my monthly flow, like that 5days are complete hell from pains, to vomiting to loss of appetite 😥... I lived every month in FEAR and one day i thought to myself what if this thing is fibroid, one mind told me at what age naa its not possible...

Hmm i ran and booked an appointment with a gynaecologist after series of test, scans and examinations nothing was found... Haaa 🙆 my village people have gotten me las las i said to myself... I cried home because obviously my case wasn't found medical and no help, i said to myself so i will live with this monthly pain for the rest of my life 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I went into research, i started praying that God should not allow my village get me because i am still young oo.. In the course of my research something just told me to " CHANGE MY DIET AND GET MORE ACTIVE!!
