DEPRESSION
Depression is a common health problem that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest in activities. It is a serious medical illness that most often result in unconscious negative thinking habits which affect ones action. Many people do not seek treatment because they are ashamed although 90% are treatable.
Triggers of Depression includes Tension, Stress Traumatic events, Chemical imbalance in the brain, Thyroid disorders, Lack of exercise, Any physical disorders, Allergies common with food allergies, Hypoglycaemia (Low blood Sugar) and Heredity which has been found to be the cause in about 50% of cases.
Symptoms of Depression includes: Feeling sad or having depressed mood, Loss of interest or pleasures in activities one enjoyed, Changes in appetite, Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much, Slowed movement or speech, Feeling worthless or guilty, Difficulty in thinking, concentrating or making decision, and thought of death or su***de.
Recommendations:
* Keep ur mind active and get plenty of rest and regular exercise.
*Avoid alcohol, caffeine and processed food.
