THINGS PAY ATTENTION TO:

1. **Regular Exercise:** Engage in physical activity to help stay fit and boosts overall well-being.

2. **Balanced Diet:** Focus on eating nutritious foods that provide essential vitamins, minerals, and energy. Don't fill your stomach with junks

3. **Adequate Sleep:** Get enough rest, this is very crucial for my mental and physical health.

4. **Hydration:** Make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated.(atleast 2.5L Litres

5. **Stress Management:** Reduce stress.....practice mindfulness, relaxation techniques. Managing stress will help maintain a balanced life.

6. **Regular Check-ups:** Do a regular health check-ups and screenings to monitor my health status.
