When you think about the effect this type of diet can have on your health, it’s troubling. It’s of little wonder the rates of obesity, heart disease, diabetes and other metabolic diseases have increased steadily over the last few years.

To avoid being part of these statistics, you can start bringing your diet more in line with nature, and that means eating more fruits and vegetables. Here are the some reasons why you should eat fruits and veggies everyday!

1. Fruits and vegetables are a great source of vitamins and minerals. You won’t find a better nutritional source than fruits and veggies, which are packed with vitamins A, C and E, as well as magnesium, zinc, phosphorous and folic acid. For potassium, one of the most important minerals for your health, eat plenty of avocados, sweet potatoes, bananas, prunes and even tomatoes.

NATURAL TREATMENT FOR HEMORRHOID OR PILE

Hemorrhoid occurs when veins in the a**s and re**um become swollen and inflamed.

There are two types of Hemorrhoid:
1. Internal Hemorrhoid - this is developed inside the re**um.

2.External Hemorrhoid - this lies just below the skin around the a**s.

Factors contributing to hemorrhoids are:

*Unhealthy Diet and Family history
*Low fiber food
*Heavy lifting weights
*Pregnancy
*Obesity
*Constipation
*A**l S*x
*Sitting for a long period of time especially on the toilet.

👆 Check and relate to which causes yours. I'm sure many people having this is caused by Constipation which we often neglect.

Major Symptoms of Hemorrhoids
1. Bl0ody stools
2. Irritation near the a**l region
3. Lumps around the a**s or re**um

NATURAL REMEDIES FOR HEMORRHOIDS OR PILE
Here are some natural remedies for treating hemorrhoid or pile:

*Make a paste of ginger (70g), turmeric (40g) and black pepper (10g), squeeze 3 lemons juice in it with small water and take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.

*Get garlic oil. Take a tablespoon 2ce daily. Also rub the haemorrhoid with it.

*Get castor oil and rub on it 2ce a day, especially at night. You can also use it to push the external hemorrhoid back.

*Mix Aloe Vera Gel, Apple Cider Vinegar, and coconut oil.
Combination 1:1:2
Apply on the affected part.

*Do a sitz bath with warm water and epsom salt daily. Epsom salt is a great pain reliever and it is great for reducing inflammation. Regularly doing a sitz bath in epsom salt will reduce the size of the hemorrhoids until they eventually fade completely.
