Ingredients:
Epsom Salt: Helps bile ducts relax.
Apple Juice: Softens gallstones.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Stimulates gallbladder.
Lemon Juice: Aids digestion.
Hot Water: Used for Epsom salt solution.
Preparation:
For 2 days, only consume apple juice or low-fat foods.
On the 3rd day:
Morning: Mix 1 tablespoon Epsom salt with warm water and drink.
Afternoon: Eat apple, carrot, or organic oat.
Evening: Take 1 tablespoon Epsom salt with warm water at 7 pm, 9 pm, and 11:30 pm.
Mix 100ml olive oil with 100ml lemon juice, drink, and lie on your right side for 30 minutes.
Following Morning: Drink 1 tablespoon Epsom salt solution to aid stone passage.
Post-Flush: Expect diarrhea and gallstone
