THE S3X YOU MUST NOT HAVE.

1. You must never agree to have s3x with a married man no matter what he promises or professes. Never!

2. Never agree to have s3x with your boss. If the h@r@ssment becomes too much, resign and trust God for a better job.

3. If God put people under your care to mentor or Pastor, it is better you dìe than to have s3x with them. Never take advantage of God's people no matter what.

4. Don't have s3x with a married woman. If you are getting too much attached via chatting, official or academic rapport, break up the closeness or whatever name you have for it.

5. Never have s3x with your lecturers. S3x for grades or marks is for nonentity. You are not. Never must you be.

6. If you are a marketer, never agree to sleep with a prospective client just to meet your official target. Never!

7. Don't have s3x with your in-laws. If he or she stays with you and you are finding it difficult to resist the pull, let him or her leave. I mean latest tomorrow.

8. Don't have s3x with your neighbour or colleague. A neighbour is a neighbour. A colleague is a colleague. Don't get your life more complicated.

9. Don't have s3x with your platonic friend. If the relationship is no longer platonic, break up the thing.

10. I believe God created s3x to be between male and female. Stay away from having s3x with your same gender. God is against hom.osexuality and so should you.

11. Don't have s3x with your sibling or relatives. In**st is vile.

12. Don't have s3x with your girlfriend. Don't have sëx with your boyfriend. God did not create sëx for love relationships. He created it for MARRIAGE.

The only s3x you should have is with your Legally wedded partner.

FEW STEPS TO PREVENT HIV/AID'S
abstinence from s*x
Avoid sharing of sharp objects.
Using condoms the right way every time you have s*x..
choose less risky sexual behaviors
Limit your numbers of sexual partners.
Get tested and treated for STDs.
Finally talk to you health care providers.

In the stressful times of today, Many people are completely ignorant towards their health. Preventive health care is desirable today, for timely detection of any kind of disease or health risk,one must go for a health check on a regular basis at least once a year.
For the maintenance of good health, it is very important to get such a checkup done on a routine basis.
Most health check are done annually. However if there are risk factors found or where they initially exist, health check may be scheduled for a short time frame.

2. Widal test
3. FBC (full blood count)
4.xyz
5. VDRL
6. Hbsag
7. PCV
8. Urine m/c/s
9.RBS &FBS
10. KFT &LFT(kidneys function test and liver function test)
This are the general body test one needs to do aleast every 3 to 6 months to live a healthy lifestyle

Well this test are not mainly for the couple about to marry but for every especially the ladies.yes I mean the ladies.
Emeka has be kancking you since without this test done. why are you risking your life nkechi.
Remember that HIV is not only gotten through sexual in*******se,it can also be gotten in hair dressing salon(both male ND female) use of sharp objects deep kissing💋 e.t .c.. hepatitis can be gotten from kissing and many things.. many sickle cell babies born today are caused by their parents because the failed to the the necessary things do should have done instead shawarma,pissa and alot where all they where thinking (emeka and nkechi please before you say I do test the following test to avoid had I know)please be aware that health is wealth.
