The name of our company is Tianjiu Tianmei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. It is a conglomerates of 10 solid companies in China called Shandong Industrial group. It has been in the business of manufacturing peptides products for over 30yrs with lots of world standard certificates which include: ISO 20002, ISO 22000 WHO GMP, HALAL, etc.

The 5th and 6th columns are the end result of each star level cost and it's multiples or its stressing power in dollar and naira respectively.

Adam is a 1star member.
If each of them put the same effort and each reffered a 2star member to the company.
Then Esther's bouns will be calculated at 15%, Paul's bonus will be calculated at 10% while Adam's bonus will be calculated at 5% of the new person's 2 star level while they all put in exactly the same effort.
Also if the person Esther referred also referred, Esther will earn another sponsor bonus at 10%, while Paul and Adam will earn at 7% and 3% respectively on the new person's star level if the same action also takes place.

The Sales Commission*
This is also referred to as matching/binary bonus.
This company Network Marketing, is on Binary structure.
Binary means 2 which referres to left and right legs.
As new star members come into the company through you or anyone in your geneology, your left or right legs keep accumulating point values (PVs)
Sales Commission is on accummulation of pvs in the binary. A lump sum of money is paid at each level of the binary accummulation of (PV).
The table on Sales Commission above, shows the amount to be paid at each accumulation of PV on the weaker leg.
E.g.. when your both legs accumulates at least 5000 pv each. One leg might have more pv than the other but both must have accumulated not less than 5000pv, you will be paid $150 instantly. The leg with the lesser pv is referred to as the weaker leg.
