Most meat today is highly stimulating and often raised with chemicals and feed that aren’t good for our health. When animals are unhealthy, their flesh carries toxins and those end up in our bodies too.

✅ If you must eat meat, choose grass-fed beef or fresh fish caught naturally these are safer and cleaner protein sources or go plant based.

About the carbs:
The meal looks heavy on carbohydrates. When combined with fatty meat, it can raise your LDL (bad cholesterol) and slow digestion.

🥦 About the veggies:
There aren’t enough greens here and that’s a big miss! Vegetables help fight oxidative stress and protect your cells from damage.
