📌 If the toothpaste contains FLUORIDE it means as you're brushing, your teeth will be getting stronger, you will have a fresh breath after brushing and also prevent your teeth from decaying.

If the toothpaste did not contain Fluoride please stop using it.

Some people stop brushing their teeth immediately they buy mouthwash.

Mouthwash is not a substitute to brushing your teeth.

Do you want to have a healthy Teeth? if yes, be doing these 👇 everyday and see the great results!!!!!!.

👉 Brush twice daily, morning and night

👉 Floss your teeth at least once in a day

👉 Rinse your mouth with water after every meal

👉 Use a toothpaste that contains FLUORIDE

👉Avoid using your teeth as a tools

👉 visit your dentist for your routine check up every six months
