These women are not doing justice to the bike's spring; the bike is meant to carry just two people, but here we are.

The weight of these women will make the bike land in the hospital, where it would undergo serious mechanical care.

This is how our body reacts as well, too much workload on your body would only land you in a Nigeria health facility where you could hardly get doctors that would attend you.

Nigeria health facilities where you would have to buy fuel for the generator so there would be light to power the laboratory for doctors to carry out the necessary tests on you before proper medication is administered.

You can't afford to get sick like I said in my previous post. You may think you are cutting costs, but the money you will spend later will be more than your paycheck at the end of the month.

Stop overworking yourself, for we don't have good public health facilities, and our leaders don't give a fu*CK about it.

Most Nigerians are going through a lot as the cost of living sour higher daily.

Nigerians living in Nigeria now see basic amenities as luxury.

The middle-class family now finds it difficult to feed while the lower class is now extremely poor.

But, the truth of the matter is that Nigerians living in Nigeria must do all they can to stay alive and healthy as the cost of hospital beds and mattresses are limited in various health facilities across the country.

Nigerians need not fall sick as the cost of both local and foreign medicine is now on the high side due to the exchange rate of the country's currency to the dollar.

All Nigerians need now is to make sure every family member is fed with good nutrition and good water.

Please, fellow Nigerian you can't afford to be sick.
