PREVENTION OF HEAT STROKE
- Wear lightweight, light-colored, and loose clothes
- Drink extra water to prevent dehydration, at least 8 GLASSES OF WATER or FRUIT JUICE every day.
- Avoid fluids containing caffeine or alcohol
- During exercise, you're expected to consume 8 ounces of water even if you don't feel thirsty.
- If it's not important, stay indoors.
- Wear Sunscreen.
