Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you perform a self-breast exam (SBE) at home. Use this as a tool to get familiar with your body — not as a substitute for regular clinical screening.

The steps are a guide to follow monthly (ideally 3–5 days after your period ends, or a fixed day if you don’t menstruate).
