✅ Prevent Back Pain with Simple Ergonomic Tweaks!

Do you spend hours sitting at a desk or working from home? Poor posture and an improper setup can lead to chronic back pain—but small ergonomic changes can make a BIG difference!

Here’s how to protect your spine while working:

💻 Screen Height: Keep your monitor at eye level to avoid hunching.
🪑 Chair Support: Use a chair with lumbar support or add a cushion for your lower back.
🦵 Foot Position: Keep both feet flat on the floor (or use a footrest) to reduce strain.
⌨️ Arm Position: Your elbows should be at a 90-degree angle when typing.
🚶 Movement is Key! Take a 2-minute break every 30 minutes to stand, stretch, and reset your posture.
