When do I need to see an optometrist ?
When you are having difficulty seeing at either close or far distances.
When you notice an eye strain
When you notice headache associated with eye use
When you notice any ocular discomfort
When you notice any ocular irritation
When your eye(s) hurts or you feel pain in your eyes ..
At least every 4 years for persons without any ocular or visual complaint under the age of 35
At least every 2 years for persons without any ocular or visual complaints above the age of 35 ..
