HOME-MADE BOLE (ROASTED PLAINTAIN)

✅Peel your ripe or unripe plantain
✅ Make those incisions with a knife
✅ Grease diligently with red oil
✅Wrap in a foil
✅Assemble them in a pan.. Any pan will do
✅Use a very low heat
✅ Allow to heat for 11mins.. Heat both sides
✅Unwrap foil
✅The roasted plantain is ready to be served. Dip the roasted plantains in the pepper sauce to eat.
✅ Wash it down with a chilled fruit drink.
