Meanwhile, the egg moves along the fallopian tube towards the uterus if a s***m fertilize the resulting zygote will later attach to the uterine lining.if fertilization doesn't happen, the egg will simply breakdown in the fallopian tube . The top layer of the endometrium will be sloughed off and expelled during the next period.

1. FREQUENT INTERCOURS
An irregular period may also follow with the same fertile window if the irregular flow varies slightly, in*******se should be done accordingly, But from those having Wilder period variation, having in*******se frequently should be planned.

most women get worried that their irregular period may be sign that trying to conceive may be difficult, while others feel it is just the problem however, in most cases having an irregular periods of some certain degree does not affect getting to conceive this awareness brings calmness.
3. CREATING TWO FERTILE WINDOWS

When will get pregnant sometimes the egg can implant outside the uterus for example in the fallopian tube or o***y , In gynecology this is called an Ectopic pregnancy it's important not to let it progress because while at first an Ectopic pregnancy has same outward symptoms as a regular one , later it can cause fallopian tube rupture or even threatens the mother.
If after three weeks or four when you suspect you may be pregnant, it hurts to touch your abdomen, if You are experiencing spasms or pain to the right or left of your belly and especially if that pain is increasing, it is worth asking your doctor to check for an Ectopic pregnancy , such a test may include a pelvic exam , a screening ultrasound and a blood draw to measure HCG in your blood. the blood test will be repeated two weeks later
Note: if an Ectopic pregnancy is caught early enough, modern gynecological methods can gently terminate it in a way that does not preclude a safe pregnancy in the future.
