In this part of the world we have this idea that as one approaches a certain age, it's normal to start loosing teeth.
But I'm here to tell you it's all lies. Once you brush your teeth 2 times a day after breakfast and after dinner and visit your dental therapist every 6 months for your routine examination and scaling and polishing, you'll maintain your 32 throughout life except when lost in accident.

A friend said, Nkem why do you like talking about your clients in your page. My response was, these are the people I spend my day to day activities with. They make 80% of my day, so if I don't always talk about them which other news I get.

A client that visited our dental office yesterday, after attending to her she asked me. "Ma please what can I do for my teeth to be like yours". I asked her how's my teeth. She said," it's very need and your smile is so perfect". I just smile and told her I don't do much.
I just ensure I brush my teeth 2 times a day, after breakfast and after dinner.
I floss my teeth at least once a day.
I don't joke with my fruits.
I don't use my teeth as an instrument.
And I ensure I do my scaling and polishing every 6 months.
She asked are you sure you're not taking any supplement. I replied, the above is enough supplements, once you do them you're good to go.
