~Limit your consumption of red meat, and choose healthy proteins like Fish, skinless poultry, beans, and eggs.

~Limit saturated fats from dairy and other animal products.

Hypertension is a condition in which the blood pressure is higher than normal. Prevalence of hypertension increases with advancing age. Some causes of hypertension are still unknown but there are a couple of lifestyles that can help reduce risk.

DO
~Eat more vegetables and fruits.
~Sit less.
~Be more physically active, which can include
walking, running, swimming, dancing or activities
that build strength, like lifting weights.
~Get at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-
intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week
of vigorous aerobic activity.
~Do strength building exercises 2 or more days
each week.
~Lose weight if you're overweight or obese.
~Take medicines as prescribed by your health care
professional.
~Quit smoking and excessive alcohol intake
~Keep appointments with your health care professional.

Ovarian cancer is an abnormal growth of cells that forms in the ovaries. The cells can invade and destroy healthy body tissue.

The female reproductive system contains two ovaries, one on each side of the uterus. The ovaries produce eggs (ova) as well as the hormones estrogen and progesterone.

Signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer may include:
•Abdominal bloating or swelling
•Sense of fullness when eating
•Weight loss
•Discomfort in the pelvic area
•Fatigue
•Back pain
•Changes in bowel habits, such as constipation
•A frequent need to urinate
