I had a chat with our Kuli kuli Vendors in Ekiti state. We discussed about her sales strategy for her potential customers. Alas, her point of view was this, it is a student environment, I will pack my product (kuli kuli) in N100 packs, she proposed.
I told her, Lilllonafoods Kuli kuli is a premium product, you can't sell our product that price.
As she commenced sales and sampling her kuli kuli product, her customers started suggesting and requesting her yummy kuli kuli in bigger pouches, they even suggested pouches sizes and price. Like N1,500 sizes.
The moral of this conversation lead to me thinking about how we tend to see our product, probably thinking it is too small because you won't buy that same product at that price and not seeing it from your customer's point of view.
Always remember we give value, that is what our brand stands for.
