Coconut
Coconut is an edible fruit from Coconut palm. Coconut is a good substitute for cow milk. Coconut is low in sugar but have high fats content which makes it highly digestible. Fresh coconut contains 7% dietary fibre which helps to promote healthy digestion. It also contains 5% protein essential for repair and maintenance. Coconut can be eaten fresh or dried into flakes. It can also be processed into coconut milk, coconut oil or cream. Coconut water makes a good refreshing drink.
