Recently I have noticed my body system change negatively because of some physical and emotional stress I have been through.
Stress is a killer, it releases cortisol into your blood stream.
Cortisol plays some adverse effects in the body when it becomes much in your body.
The higher the stress , the more the level of cortisol to be secreted into your blood stream.
I sha wants to write more about Stress and it's twin "Cortisol" but. E go boku sha give small time as E go do you better if you go read am finish.

I have known the effects of stress and have tried everything to avoid it but as you know , you can't avoid it totally but you can be in charge and control it.
This is because there are things within our control and this is " your Emotions" yes you can decide on how you react to a particular situation.
Physical stress, Emotional stress, mental stress all leads to high secretion of cortisol to the blood stream.
Here's what will happen when there's high secretion of cortisol into your blood stream.
✅ Weight gain, this is because cortisol make the body to demand more energy production to withstand the stress as so such your body will demand more intake of high calorie diet leading to obesity/ abnormal body weight.
✅High blood pressure: Cortisol increases the vasoconstriction/ narrowing of the blood vessels leading to high blood pressure.
✅High blood sugar: Cortisol increases elevated blood sugar levels which in turn can cause diabetes.
✅ Insomnia: It causes sleep disturbances.
✅Gut/digestion issues: Irritable bowel movements can be ignited by high cortisol.
✅low immune system
✅ Mood swings and mental health issues
✅ Muscle weakness and many more...
After knowing this how do I take control of stress?

✅ Have good sleep 7-9hours a day.
✅ Have regular exercise.
✅Join a fun group.
✅ Enjoy quality seggzz if you are married.
✅Eat good diet , especially diet containing zinc, vitamins, Omega 3 fatty acid, iron , magnesium and calcium.
✅Teas are high in polyphenols and Antilipemic tea containing green Tea will help in removing radicals and opening constricted blood vessels, message me to get it.
✅ Practice journaling : this helps you in taking some things off your head and keeping it on a paper.
✅Limit Stimulants: some dr^ gs are cortisol stimulants and they increases it's secretion, so do away with them unless under medical supervision.
✅ Practice positive mental attitude .
I have decided to take decided to take out sometime and test .
