"Nuchal cord" — sounds scary, doesn’t it? But let’s take a deep breath, mama-to-be, because it’s not as alarming as it seems. 💛
Picture this: your little one is busy twirling and somersaulting in the cozy little swimming pool called your womb. Sometimes, in all that excitement, the umbilical cord wraps around their neck (that’s what we call a nuchal cord). It happens in about 1 in 3 pregnancies—and guess what? Most babies are born perfectly healthy! 🍼
