OLIVE OIL AND LEMON AS A NATURAL REMEDY

HOW TO KNOW PURE AND REAL HONEY FROM FAKE AND ADULTERATED HONEY

Today we find more and more adulterated honeys which are in reality blends of honey and glucose or poor quality syrups or even indescribable mixtures.

Here are some simple ways to determine the quality of the honey being sold to you.

TEST NUMBER 1

Take a teaspoon of honey that you dip in a glass of water, if the honey dissolves it means it is of poor quality, good honey remains compact even in a glass of water unless you stir it or the water is hot.

TEST NUMBER 2

Take a teaspoon of honey, bring it close to the fire, if the honey ignites and burns easily, it is a good quality honey, if on the other hand, it takes time to ignite or does not burn. It doesn't ignite at all, it's poor quality honey.

TEST NUMBER 3

Take about 2 handfuls of sand from the ground, put a quantity of drops of honey on the pile, if the drops of honey do not enter easily into the pile of sand then it is good honey, however immediately put on the pile of sand the drops sink so it is bad honey.

TEST NUMBER 4

Dip a matchstick in the honey for 5 minutes, remove the matchstick and rub it against the matchbox rub. If it lights, it's good quality, but if it has trouble catching fire then it's poor quality honey.

TEST NUMBER 5

Take a piece of stale or hard bread and dip it in honey. If after 8 to 10 minutes, the bread is still hard, you have pure honey, if the bread is soft, it is honey cut with another substance or water.

THE UNUSUAL VIRTUES AND USES OF CLOVES

Clove, the spice that we tend to commonize and neglect, is a woman's best friend.

Every woman should have cloves at home in all its forms: whole or ground, in order to use it daily to improve her health and beauty.

Indeed, it provides countless health benefits for women in particular.

Clove is usually eaten as a spice in dishes to add flavor. But it is also consumed in infusion when it is ground with other ingredients, in ointment, or incense.

1. Clove for mouthwash

Put a few drops in water and make a very effective mouthwash because of its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.

2. Clove to treat cavities

Clove has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties as well as anesthetic properties that help relieve tooth pain and fight infection.

Crush two cloves, mix in a little olive oil and apply to the tooth.
This treatment is effective and gives you immediate relief.

3. Clove against bad breath

To avoid a bad smell in the mouth, suck on a clove after each meal. It will give you good breath. Very good for teeth and breath.

4. Clove for hair

9. Clove for intimate cleansing

Pour the mixture into a bucket, add the lemon juice, olive oil, a good handful of coarse salt and let it sit for a few minutes.

Take before your usual bath and then rinse with your purification bath from head to toe.

It is important to visualize what you most desire in your life during this phase of the purification bath. This bath should be done twice a day for 7 days in succession.

17. Clove to fight against osteoporosis

ORAL THRUSH (CANDIDIASIS) : CAUSES AND NATURAL TREATMENTS

Oral thrush, also known as candidiasis, is an infection caused by a fungus called Candida albicans.

It's naturally present on the skin, in the throat, and the digestive tract, this fungus can proliferate and cause a yeast infection.

Several causes can lead to this imbalance:

o Poor oral hygiene

o Wearing poorly maintained dentures

o Dry mouth

o Taking certain medications such as antibiotics and corticosteroids, and treatments such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy

o Certain diseases that weaken the immune system, such as HIV or diabetes

SYMPTOMS

There are three types of oral thrush, the main symptoms of which are:

1. Whitish deposits on the tongue and cheeks

2. Burning sensations in the mouth

3. Pain and inflammation of the tongue

4. Difficulty swallowing

5. Loss of taste

NATURAL REMEDIES

To treat your oral thrush, here are some natural remedies.

1. Salt Solution

Salt is a very effective natural remedy for oral fungus. Simply mix one teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm water and gargle with this mixture 3 to 4 times a day. The salt will create a hostile environment for the fungus. This will gradually destroy it, and any associated inflammation will disappear.

If you can't gargle, you can rub the salt with your fingers on the inflamed areas. Then rinse your mouth with water.

2. Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)

Baking soda helps rebalance the mouth's pH and fight the growth of fungus. You can use it as a mouthwash or poultice.

For a mouthwash, dissolve 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and use this mixture to rinse your mouth two to three times a day.

For the poultice, mix 2 teaspoons of baking soda with a little water to make a paste. Then apply this mixture to the affected areas with your fingers or a cotton ball. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then rinse your mouth with water. Repeat this process 2 to 3 times a day until the infection improves and clears up.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar

Thanks to its antifungal properties, apple cider vinegar helps fight different species of candida. Prepare a mouthwash by mixing 2 teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar with 1/2 tablespoon of salt in a cup of warm water. Use this solution to rinse your mouth several times a day until the inflammation subsides.

4. Tea Tree Essential Oil

Tea tree essential oil is known for its antifungal and antiseptic properties, making it effective in fighting oral thrush. Simply mix 4 drops of this oil in a cup of warm water and use this solution as a mouthwash twice a day.

Be careful not to ingest this mixture and do not use this remedy on children or pregnant women.

5. Cinnamon

Thanks to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, cinnamon is an effective remedy for oral thrush. Prepare your infusion by boiling 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder or one cinnamon stick in two cups of water for 5 minutes. Add lemon and drink this drink two to three times a day for increased effectiveness.
