The more you look down at your phone, the more weight you put on your neck muscles and joints.
So do you stop using your phone? No!
1. Ensure you put your phone at eye level.
2. Change the position of your neck and arms at least every 15 minutes.
3. Learn to move your neck in all directions to stretch the muscles.
