I started my week stressed 😩
Some unexpected events threw me off balance, and I’m sure I’m not alone. 🤗 Stress can creep in when we least expect it. Here are some signs I noticed in myself:
❗ Overthinking and worrying
❗ Difficulty sleeping
❗ Mood swings
❗ Loss of focus
But here’s the thing: stress doesn’t have to control us! 🙅♀️ Here are some things that help me cope:
✅ Taking deep breaths and practicing mindfulness
✅ Getting moving with exercise
✅ Prioritizing tasks and breaking them down
✅ Reaching out to loved ones for support
✅ Getting enough sleep and staying hydrated
