Natural Onion Cough Syrup – Fights Cough & Boosts Immunity 💪🏽🌿🍃

Ingredients:
1 medium red or white onion (red is more soothing)
2–3 tablespoons of raw honey (or use pure palm kernel oil as an alternative)
1 small lemon (optional, for vitamin C and flavor)

Onion & Honey Syrup (No Heat)

1. Peel and slice the onion into thin rings.

2. Layer onion slices in a clean glass jar.

3. Drizzle honey over each layer until fully covered.

4. Cover the jar and let it sit for 6–8 hours (or overnight).

5. The onion will release juice and mix with the honey to form a syrup.

6. Strain and store in a clean jar in the fridge.
Take 1 TBS 3 time daily for adults, while children is 1 teaspoon 3 times daily .
